Elizabeth Martinez, Co-founder, CEO

Elizabeth is a passionate advocate for her community, drawing from her own immigrant experience to guide others through life’s complex transitions. With a background in Criminal Justice and Forensic Psychology, she found her true calling in immigration law, where she witnessed the power of family reunification firsthand.

Her journey expanded into mortgage assistance and life planning, helping people build secure futures. After a life-changing accident in 2022, Elizabeth deepened her commitment to protecting families and empowering individuals.

In 2024, she co-founded Martinez & Aldana Corp. to continue serving others with heart, expertise, and purpose.

Karla Barraza, Co-founder, COO

Karla Barraza is a licensed New York real estate agent and former paralegal who brings heart, honesty, and deep expertise to every client she serves. Her passion for real estate was sparked by a personal experience with fraud during her own family’s home purchase, inspiring her to become a trusted advocate for ethical, client-focused service.

With certifications in short sales, foreclosure resources, and pricing strategy, Karla combines technical skill with genuine care to help families find stability and peace of mind. She now proudly serves as part of Martinez & Aldana Corp, continuing her mission to guide others with integrity and compassion.

Outside of work, Karla enjoys cooking, dancing, and giving back through community service—always finding joy in helping others feel at home.
